The model

No fees upfront. We earn when you earn.

    We earn when you earn

    No subscriptions or upfront fees. You keep 85% of the royalties we collect — see the pricing page for full details.

    We deliver and collect

    We deliver your releases to stores or add your verified channels to the network, then collect the revenue they generate.

    You keep 100% of royalties

    TuneUp Distro does not take a percentage of your earnings. 100% of the revenue we receive for your content is credited to your balance.

    Splits come out of your balance

    If you assigned collaborator splits on a release, those percentages are paid to them automatically from your balance.

    You withdraw by bank wire

    Request a payout from your dashboard once your balance is confirmed. You are notified when the status changes.

Bank or intermediary transfer charges applied by your own bank are outside our control and may reduce the amount you receive.

Artists — music distribution

Any independent artist, producer or label can distribute with us. Before a release goes live, our review team checks that the rights below are in place.

You must be able to confirm

  • You are the rights holder of the recordings you upload, or you have written permission from the rights holder
  • You hold or control the rights to the composition, or the work is in the public domain
  • Cover versions are allowed where you hold the required mechanical licence for the territories you release in
  • Artwork is created by you or licensed to you, with no third-party logos, marks or store branding
  • Metadata is accurate: real artist name, correct featured artists, correct release date
  • You can be paid to a bank account in your own name or your company's name

We cannot accept

  • Recordings, stems, beats or samples you do not have clearance for
  • Karaoke, soundalike or AI voice clones of another artist
  • Uploading someone else's release, remix or DJ mix without permission
  • Artificial streaming, bots or paid stream farms — this voids your balance
  • Misleading metadata designed to appear as another artist

Creators — YouTube network

There is no minimum subscriber count. Channels are reviewed for ownership and policy compliance, usually within 48 hours.

You must be able to confirm

  • You own or manage the YouTube channels you submit and can prove it via channel access
  • The channel content is original to you, or you hold the licences for everything used in it
  • The channel complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and monetization policies
  • Any music, footage or assets in your videos are cleared, licensed or your own
  • Assets registered to Content ID are exclusively yours for the territories claimed

We cannot accept

  • Re-uploaded, compilation or reaction-only content you do not hold rights to
  • Channels under active strikes for copyright or community guidelines
  • Registering third-party music or footage to Content ID
  • Purchased views, subscribers or engagement

Advance eligibility

Advances are optional and separate from distribution. They are offered against future earnings, so eligibility depends on a consistent earnings history on your account rather than a fixed threshold. Requests are reviewed individually, recouped from your future royalties, and never involve equity in your catalogue or channels.
